The TPLEX project involving 88.852 km. stretch from Lapaz, Tarlac to Rosario, La Union is catching up with their behind time schedule. So far, the progress is going on smoothly. The Tarlac-Carmen area, a 49.07 km. distance, has already laid a foundation of about 4.5 km. in Rosales. On the other end in Victoria, construction is also moving. Moreover, the land acquisition for right way will soon be completed on March here in our locality.

With this headway, the DMCI will be moving their office to the provincial boundaries in Carmen in order to have more room for laborers as the project goes full blast.

Expectedly, the project will be operational (Tarlac-Rosales) first quarter OF 2012. Resultantly this will cut travel time to Manila to 1 hour and 45 minutes.
