The award was given to the Municipality of Rosales because of it’s exemplary performance in the delivery of employment and other services and provisions on the other DOLE  programs.

The Livelihood and Self-employment Bazaars is to give the local residents the information on the wide array of livelihood programs they choose to avail of, particularly in the rural areas. The LGU Rosales is an active partner of TESDA for the skills training in order for the applicant to be more qualified before entering a job. The Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) is to provide employment to deserving students coming from poor families to enable them to pursue their education.
