In the afternoon of January 12, 2012, spouses Diomedes Bragado and Agnes Ibay Bragado paid the Mayor a visit to inform the latter of their intention to put up a grade school in the municipality. Their chosen site was in San Pedro East close to the property of Norma Tan.

Apparently the spouses plan to start the construction this month as they intend to open this coming June 2012. But initially they will be opening to grades 1 – 3 and prep though later on they will venture into full elementary and high school level. Moreover the people who will help them run the school are from the International College of Excellence in Urdaneta City, where the owner happens to be the sister of Mrs. Agnes.

Briefly too in that meeting, the Mayor assured the Bragado spouses that the LGU will be supportive to their plans provided that they will conform to pertinent ordinances and other related laws. Further, Mayor Revita thanked them for choosing Rosales as their chosen place of investment.
